Card Gorilla Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: April 30, 2026
This Refund & Return Policy is provided by NASCARD Trading LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Card Gorilla ("Card Gorilla," "we," "us," or "our"). All refunds and returns are processed by NASCAR Trading LLC d/b/a Card Gorilla. By purchasing from cardgorilla.com, you agree to the terms below.
Final Sale – Live Openings
All sales involving live openings, live rips, group breaks, random team formats, or any product opened on behalf of the customer are final and non-refundable.
- Once a product is opened live or otherwise, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted.
- Customers acknowledge and accept the inherent risk and variability associated with trading card products, including card condition, contents, and value.
- The outcome of any live opening or randomized product is not guaranteed.
- Card Gorilla is not responsible for perceived or actual value discrepancies.
Sealed Products
Returns for sealed products, including boxes, packs, and cases, are accepted only if all conditions are met:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition.
- The return request is submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- The item is returned in the same condition it was shipped, as determined by Card Gorilla.
Card Gorilla reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply at our discretion.
Once a sealed product has been opened or tampered with, it is not eligible for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
You must provide clear photo evidence of:
- The item or items received
- The packaging
- The shipping label
Failure to provide notice and documentation within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
At our sole discretion, we may replace the item if available, issue store credit, or issue a refund.
Shipping Terms
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was caused by Card Gorilla.
- Card Gorilla is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
We recommend customers use a trackable and insured shipping method for returns.
Digital Items and Promotional Content
All digital goods, including redemption codes, scanned cards, promotional content, and bonus content, are final sale and non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once:
- A live opening has begun
- A product has shipped
Card Gorilla reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including for fraud prevention, inventory errors, pricing inaccuracies, or suspected abuse of promotions or policies.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any transaction that complies with this Return Policy.
Improper or fraudulent disputes may result in:
- Suspension or banning from future purchases
- Submission of transaction records, order details, policy acknowledgments, and communication history to the payment processor
- Recovery of funds, fees, and associated costs to the fullest extent permitted by law
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Card Gorilla shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
- We make no guarantees regarding card value, card condition, grading outcomes, future market performance, or resale value.
