How do I submit my cards?

Simply click Start PSA Submission, enter your cards into our SlabTracker portal, choose your service level, and mail your cards to Card Gorilla.

Can I submit cards I pull in a Card Gorilla break for PSA grading?

Absolutely! If you pull a card during a Card Gorilla live break that you'd like graded, you can easily submit it to PSA before it ships.

Simply create a PSA submission through our SlabTracker portal and note your break order number during the submission process and select drop off option! We'll securely transfer your card directly from your break order into your PSA submission—no additional shipping to you is required first.

This saves time, reduces handling, and gets your cards on their way to PSA even faster.

What is SlabTracker?

SlabTracker is our submission management platform that lets you create your PSA submission online and follow your order through the grading process with automatic status updates.

How can I track my submission?

Once your submission is created, you can log into SlabTracker at any time to view your order status and receive updates as your cards progress through the grading process.

Do you clean or prepare my cards?

Yes. Every submission includes a basic inspection and careful handling. When appropriate, we perform light surface cleaning before submission to help present your cards in the best possible condition. Please note that cleaning cannot repair scratches, dents, creases, or print defects, and it does not guarantee a specific PSA grade.

What PSA service levels do you offer?

Available service levels, pricing, and estimated turnaround times are displayed within the SlabTracker submission portal. Options may change as PSA updates its services.

How long does PSA grading take?

Turnaround times vary depending on the PSA service level you select and PSA's current workload. The most up-to-date estimates are shown when you create your submission.

Can I submit cards from any sport?

Yes. We accept sports cards, Pokémon, TCG, and many other PSA-eligible collectibles. While Card Gorilla specializes in NASCAR trading cards, we welcome submissions from collectors across many hobbies.

How should I package my cards?

Place each card in a penny sleeve and semi-rigid card holder (such as a Card Saver). Package the cards securely with padding to prevent movement during shipping.

What happens if PSA charges an upcharge?

If PSA determines that a card's declared value requires a higher service level, we'll contact you before the order is finalized. Any applicable PSA upcharges are the responsibility of the customer.

Are my cards insured?

We recommend insuring your shipment to Card Gorilla. Once received, your cards are handled securely throughout the submission process. Return shipping insurance options are available during checkout. Insurance services are available during the submission process.

When will I be notified?

You'll receive automatic updates as your submission progresses through key milestones, so you'll always know where your cards are in the grading process.
