This Refund & Return Policy is provided by NASCARD Trading LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Card Gorilla ("Card Gorilla," "we," "us," or "our"). All refunds and returns are processed by NASCAR Trading LLC d/b/a Card Gorilla. By purchasing from cardgorilla.com, you agree to the terms below.

Card Gorilla sells trading cards, sealed products, accessories, and offers live opening experiences (“live rips,” group formats, and similar products).

Live Openings and Randomized Products

All live openings, group formats, and randomized products involve chance and variability.

• All sales for live openings and randomized products are final.
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be permitted once a product is opened on your behalf.
• You acknowledge that outcomes are random and not guaranteed.
• Card Gorilla makes no representations regarding the value, condition, or contents of any product.

Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
• Orders may be canceled at our discretion due to errors, fraud concerns, or inventory issues.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Errors in pricing or product availability

Orders cannot be canceled once a live opening has begun or once a product has shipped.

Shipping and Delivery

All shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Card Gorilla is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. By purchasing, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any transaction that complies with these Terms and our policies.

In the event of a dispute, you agree that:

• Card Gorilla may provide transaction records, communications, policies, and proof of fulfillment to the payment processor
• Improper disputes may result in account suspension or permanent banning
• We reserve the right to recover funds, fees, and associated costs to the fullest extent permitted by law

User Conduct

• Engage in fraudulent activity or abuse promotions
• Harass, threaten, or abuse staff or other customers
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit live opening outcomes

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including branding, logos, text, graphics, and media, is the property of Card Gorilla and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Card Gorilla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
