Card Gorilla started with NASCAR, collecting, and a dad who wanted to share both with his kids.

After my father passed away in 2023, I found myself thinking about the moments we shared—ripping packs, showing him a big hit, and heading to the racetrack together. Collecting brought those memories back, and I wanted to create those same experiences with my own children.

What began as something we could do together grew into something bigger. Along the way, I saw gaps in the hobby: finding product could be difficult, and too often, shipping didn’t reflect the care collectors put into their cards. I wanted to build a business that took both seriously.

Then friends and fellow collectors started asking us to sell their cards. That trust became the foundation of our consignment business and helped shape what Card Gorilla is today.

We’re still driven by the excitement of opening a pack, the people you share it with, and the memories that last long after the cards are put away.
