This Refund & Return Policy is provided by NASCARD Trading LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Card Gorilla ("Card Gorilla," "we," "us," or "our"). All refunds and returns are processed by NASCAR Trading LLC d/b/a Card Gorilla. By purchasing from cardgorilla.com, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders for sealed products and accessories are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders associated with live openings, group formats, or “live rips” are processed after the event has concluded.
  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product releases, or promotional events.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We ship orders using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or offered as a flat rate, depending on the order. Any applicable shipping promotions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Live Opening Orders and Combined Shipping

Orders from live openings may be held and combined with other purchases at our discretion to optimize shipping.

  • Customers participating in multiple live openings may have orders consolidated into one shipment.
  • Card Gorilla reserves the right to determine when orders are shipped to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Card Gorilla is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.

If an issue occurs:

  • Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
  • We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee resolution.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping on select orders.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • Delivery times for international shipments vary and may be subject to customs delays.
