You must submit a minimum acceptable selling price for each card. Card Gorilla reviews minimums for market reasonableness and may set asking prices and accept offers at or above the approved minimum without further authorization.
No eBay auction listing fee applies during fixed-price selling. After the initial 180-day fixed-price period, Card Gorilla may, at its discretion, move unsold cards to its eBay Auction Program at any later time. Auctions start at $0.99 with no reserve; your original minimum selling price will not apply. Auction payout tiers and applicable auction listing fees then apply.
A $100 card sold on CardGorilla.com pays $75, before any payout-method fee. Card Gorilla covers outbound shipping from its share.

Cards may remain for sale during the notice period, and any sale follows the applicable program terms. Cards committed to active auctions cannot be withdrawn while the auction is running. Return shipping is paid by the consignor.

We review NASCAR and racing, football, baseball, basketball, hockey, Pokémon and other trading cards for consignment. Individual cards and larger collections are welcome, subject to acceptance.
Depending on the cards and your approved selling options, we offer eBay Auctions, Fanatics Collect Auctions, and Buy It Now with Offers. We can help you select an appropriate option for your collection.
Fees and payout rates depend on the selling program. eBay Auctions use tiered payouts based on each card’s final sale price; Fanatics Collect and Buy It Now have different payout calculations. All applicable fees are detailed in the consignment agreement.
Yes. Consignors receive access to an online ConsignR portal to review accepted inventory, follow submissions, monitor sales and earnings, see payout history, and request payouts.
You can request a payout once sale proceeds are available after payment clears and applicable holds or disputes are resolved. Card Gorilla processes valid payout requests within seven business days. Options include ACH, PayPal Goods & Services, wire transfer, and store credit; applicable payout fees are disclosed in the agreement.
Yes. You can submit individual cards, groups of cards, or larger collections. Different cards within a submission may use different approved selling options.
No. Our Master Consignment Agreement is valid for 12 months from signing, subject to its terms. During that period, returning consignors can make additional submissions through ConsignR without signing a new master agreement, unless updated terms require fresh approval.
Policies depend on the selling option. For eBay Auctions, a card receiving no bids is relisted once. If both auctions receive no bids, a $2 unsold-item fee applies and ownership transfers to Card Gorilla under the agreement. Fanatics Collect and Buy It Now have different unsold-item procedures.
Yes. Approved submissions may be shipped to Card Gorilla or dropped off locally in Central Florida. Please wait for submission approval and instructions before sending or delivering cards.
