Card Gorilla Takes the Track with Parker Retzlaff at Nashville Superspeedway
This past weekend marked a major milestone for Card Gorilla as we joined Parker Retzlaff and Viking Motorsports at Nashville Superspeedway for the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series Sports Illustrated 250.
Seeing the Card Gorilla logo on Parker Retzlaff’s No. 99 Viking Motorsports Chevrolet for the first time was an unforgettable moment and one made possible by the incredible support of our customers, collectors, break participants, app users, and racing fans.
From Trading Cards to the NASCAR Garage
When we started Card Gorilla, the goal was simple: build something meaningful for collectors and racing fans. What began as a passion for NASCAR trading cards has grown into a community built around racing collectibles, sealed boxes, live breaks, driver collections, and the fans who make this sport special.
Standing at Nashville Superspeedway and seeing our brand represented on a national series NASCAR race car was one of those moments that reminds you just how far a community can take you.
For a business built by collectors, for collectors, this was more than a sponsorship. It was a full-circle moment.
A Weekend We’ll Never Forget
Nashville gave us the opportunity to experience race weekend from a completely new perspective. From seeing the hauler and garage area to watching the No. 99 team prepare for the race, every part of the weekend gave us a deeper appreciation for what it takes to compete at this level.
The energy around the garage, the work happening behind the scenes, and the excitement of race day made this an experience we will never forget.
Partnering with Parker Retzlaff and Viking Motorsports
Parker Retzlaff continues to establish himself as one of the promising young drivers in NASCAR, and we are proud to support both Parker and the Viking Motorsports team.
The professionalism, preparation, and dedication shown by everyone involved with Viking Motorsports made our first race weekend as a sponsor an incredible experience.
We are excited to continue supporting Parker and the team while finding new ways to connect NASCAR fans with the trading card hobby.
Why Motorsports Matters to Card Gorilla
Racing cards are at the heart of what we do. Every week, collectors come to Card Gorilla to chase autographs, rare parallels, short prints, rookies, sealed boxes, favorite drivers, and live NASCAR breaks.
Our partnership with Viking Motorsports allows us to strengthen the connection between the sport and the collecting community.
Whether you are building a set, chasing your favorite driver, collecting Parker Retzlaff cards, or joining one of our live NASCAR breaks, our mission is to help bring fans closer to the drivers, teams, and moments that make NASCAR special.
Thank You to the Card Gorilla Community
Most importantly, we want to thank our customers and supporters.
Every hobby box purchased, every break spot filled, every app download, every social media share, and every order placed through CardGorilla.com helped make this moment possible.
This race weekend was not just a milestone for Card Gorilla. It was a milestone for everyone who has supported us along the way.
Nashville Was Just the Beginning
